I have been in the wireless industry for over two years. I am a marketing focused individual that is dedicated to the client experience. As an attempt to enter the marketing industry, I found myself in sales, then service and now training. I have found my fit, and I am committed to providing the best training available.

My hobbies include hockey and guitar, and I have taken lessons in these in an attempt to become a better trainer. I believe in customising the training session to my client's specific needs, and creating a positive learning environment. I use a less formal training approach and like to train on a personable level, but am experienced in a group/business training settings as well.

I believe the best way to learn about your device is to play with it, get frustrated and come up with questions. Once you have those questions, us client trainers are here to answer them for you. There's not much you can do to really mess up your device, and if you do - I'm here to help.
