Unsatisfied with your purchase? No problem, we will happily refund or exchange your product for you.

Email us here and provide your order information. Our Customer Care team will issue you an RMA number and provide shipping instructions.

All cellular devices purchased in-store or online may be returned within 15 days providing:

  • Minutes and Data (if applicable) usage is less than 50% of your monthly plan
  • The item is returned with all packaging and in near-new condition

All accessories purchased in-store or online may be returned within 15 days providing:

  • The item is returned with all packaging and in near-new condition
  • Due to hygienic reasons; earphones, vacuums, masks, pillows, blankets, and any other wearable accessories are non-refundable.

Additional Return Information

  • Once we receive your item, a refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and to the original credit card. Depending on your financial institution this may take up to 10 business days.
  • Items that have damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Free shipping is available on all orders that meet a $50 minimum before discounts and/or taxes.
  • The estimated order processing time is 2-3 business days before we hand off your order to a shipping partner. Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 delays which may result in extended delivery times.
  • Online orders ship within Canada using Canada Post and Purolator.
  • We are able to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you select "Residential/Apt & PO Boxes: Canada Post Expedited Parcel ETA is approximately 2-8 Business Days when submitting your order.
  • After your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking numbers(s).
